After you schedule your appointment, we encourage you to download and print our new patient forms, so that you can fill them out at your convenience. You can either fax or mail to us or bring them with you to your first appointment.

What to Expect At Your First Visit
Denton Oak Dentistry not only creates beautiful smiles, but we also welcome our patients with them too. During your first visit, you can expect to be welcomed by our highly trained and experienced team.
Depending on your needs, you can expect to spend an hour with us on your first visit. During this time, we will take a full series of x-rays, provide a comprehensive cleaning and an in-depth exam. Dr. Lee will address all of your concerns and recommend the best possible treatment to obtain your oral health goals.
